Mobility London have been coming here for several months now and our residents thoroughly enjoy these sessions. The guys and girls are amazing at how they can remember each and every name! Our seniors have a lot of fun, not just with the exercise which is vitally important to them, but with the quizzes and music. The singing is amazing and very professional. Mobility London are extremely pleasant, helpful, reliable and, most importantly, fun. They can shine a light in some dark places.
