Signature Entertainment Exercise Sessions

The ‘signature’ VIE session comprises one hour of games, exercises in a ‘sing-along-knees-up’ style, live singing and quizzes and lots more. Our operators are lively, fun and often just a little bit cheeky if the situation allows. Each exercise leader adjusts their session according to the abilities and preferences of the group on any given day. There is something for everyone in our sessions and we guarantee an incredible response.
